I first worked with Debbie 18 years ago to sell a house and buy a new one. She was so good that she gave me what I now understand was an unrealistic view of the selling/buying process: I told her exactly what I was looking for in a home for my two girls and me, and do you know how many houses she showed me? ONE. It was perfect and I bought it on the spot. Now, nearly a generation later I’m once again selling my house and buying a new one to move in with my girlfriend. Naturally, I called Debbie. This time, we looked at 7 houses before finding our forever home – a number my girlfriend assures me is absurd. In selling my existing home, Debbie went WAY above and beyond to ensure I not only had multiple offers within the first day on the market, but that it sold above list price. I really credit Debbie as she not only spent a weekend helping to spruce the place up for sale (!!) but worked with a stager to help stage it beautifully too. She wrote a thoughtful description and priced it right, resulting in precisely the experience every seller dreams of. Debbie shepherded the process on both the buying and selling fronts seamlessly, and she was her delightful, lovely self throughout it all. Debbie’s network of tradespeople and professionals is also unmatched, which has been a tremendous help in both the renovation process of the new place, as well as the staging of the old. We all seem to know at least one realtor in our network, but I still tell everyone to use Debbie, anyway. For the same price, in my experience, Debbie will out-work, out-negotiate and out-charm the competition every time.

8 years ago, fresh out of University and starting our careers, we met Debbie when looking to purchase our starter home. As first time homeowners she guided us through the buying process seamlessly.

Fast forward we are now married with a daughter and in need of selling our starter house to grow our family. We reached out to Debbie once again as it was time to move into our forever home.

I can’t recommend working with Debbie as your realtor enough! I have bought and sold my home with her 8 years apart, as well as just bought our new home. She is available and flexible to your schedule and is able to explain market trends and what good prices for house are. My home sold in under 6 hours from the time the MLS went up to the first person to view it, for list price. She priced it properly and discussed her reasons for that with us (it was a bit more than we were willing to settle for so not under listed). Having been in the field for a number of years Debbie has all kinds of connections so we didn’t have to waste time looking for movers, lawyers, or home inspectors which was a huge bonus for us! And if (which she likely will) she recommends staging your home follow her recommendation! Honestly just trust that Debbie will know what needs to be done to sell your home and follow her lead. And if buying with her also trust that she will give honest reviews of the homes you look at and warn you of anything you might want to think about before making an offer. Hopefully we won’t be selling or buying for many years to come but Debbie would be the first call we make if we were to!

Simply a top notch experience. Debbie gave great advice and worked tirelessly on our behalf. She made sure everything was ready when the house was listed – market timing, other agents notified to create interest, staging perfect, and listing photos exceptional. We had two competing offers above asking price immediately upon putting our home on the market. With respect to our purchase, her connections to the local real estate community made getting good information about homes before viewing helpful and time saving. Debbie also has an eye for what may be issues to be aware of with respect to selection and offer amount.

Working with Debbie to find our home was such a wonderful experience. She has so much experience in the realty area and everything was broken down and simplified for us. She took the time needed to search and explore all potential properties and advising us on all the pros and cons on each property. We all know how searching for the right home can be painful and grueling, however with her help, it was more fun than we expected.
